Sponsorship Benefits
PRE EVENT:
- Pre-event Awards advertisements to run from April 2013 to October 2013. Branding exposure in all pre-event advertising, marketing collateral and promotional emails.
- The event web site to feature sponsor’s logo with hyperlinks to the sponsors’ corporate web site.
- The sponsors’ web page of the event web site will feature sponsors’ logo and a 200-word company profile.
* Please note: specific material printed/publicity circulated carrying company name/logo will vary as per sponsorship confirmation dates. Company logos will be displayed in alphabetical order.
AWARDS DINNER:
- Sign posted meeting table for sponsors to greet their guests during cocktail reception.
- Sponsor will receive 1 table of 10 places at the awards dinner.
- Logo displayed at regular intervals on screens on the stage throughout the event.
- Logo featured on the dinner menu placed at every seat on every table at the event.
- Sponsor will nominate an executive to announce and present the trophy to the winner of the sponsored category.
- One full colour full page advertisement in the Winners Brochure. The sponsors’ advertisement will appear along with the sponsored category, category finalists, winners name and sponsors company profile.
POST EVENT BENEFITS:
- A pictorial review of the night’s proceedings will be published in Seatrade.
- Sponsor has first refusal on sponsorship of the same award the following year **Conditions apply. Sponsorship must be confirmed by January 31, 2014.
- An extra 20 copies of the Winners Brochure may be pre-ordered free of charge.
- One year complimentary subscription to Seatrade magazine.
